LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

As a sunglass brand, Lucid prides itself in creating sunglasses with the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials. Lucid products are put through strict quality control tests to ensure your sunglasses are the best they can be when you receive them. Lucid provides a Lifetime warranty against manufacture defects on all sunglasses.

*Lucid has sole discretion to determine manufacture defects. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. If you do scratch your lens please feel free to contact us and we will replace them for a small fee. Additional repair charges may apply in the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship . In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of additional charges.

 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

1. On a piece of paper write your complete name, current return address, telephone number and email address.

2. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting.

3. A copy of your dated receipt or Invoice.

4. Pack your product and above information in a suitable box to ensure the product is not damaged during shipping.

3. We will contact you when we receive your product to let you know the status of the warranty claim.

Note – We recommend you ship the package using a traceable source (fed-ex, Ups, USPS,). Lucid is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.

  • Valid only within the contingent 50 U.S States.
  • Packages usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item(s) have shipped

INTERNATIONAL

  • Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping internationally.
  • Because of fraud if you are ordering internationally with a foreign credit card you may be asked for a scanned picture of your ID.
  • Item(s) will not ship until ID is received. If ID is not received within 10 business days the order will be canceled and money refunded.
  • Item(s) usually arrive within 5-15 business days.
  • Please note that we are not able to provide a tracking number with most international shipments but, the item(s) will be fully insured.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) you may return them for a full refund within 20 days of purchase.

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Please email your order number (found on your invoice) to Returns@lucidwear.com with a short description of why you are returning. (Example. My product is Damaged.)

2. A customer service representative will contact you with in 24hrs and email you a prepaid return label.

3. Pack Item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product. Make sure the package is secure and the contents are not at risk of being damaged. Please include the original Invoice.

4. Tape the prepaid return label to the box, and ship it.

5. When your return has been received in un-used condition, we will refund the price of the item(s) via your original purchase method. Refunds usually arrive within 10 business days. If you are replacing a defective product a new one will be shipped to you immediately.

LIABILITY

  • Lucid is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure your items are packaged securely.
  • Additional fees may be charged for products received without the original box or contents. (Example. products that are no longer saleable).
